If you’re like most people, you probably have an iPad in your possession. And if you don’t, you should get one as soon as possible. The iPad is a great device for consuming content and doing other tasks that require a touch screen. But it’s not just for entertainment or productivity; the iPad can also be used to save money on groceries and other items. Here are three ways to save money on the iPad:
- Use the App Store to find apps that offer discounts on products. For example, Amazon offers a 10% discount on orders over $50 when you use the App Store’s “Amazon Prime” service.
- Use Coupons.com to find deals on products that are available only through the Coupons website. For example, Walmart offers a 20% discount on all orders over $25 when you use the Coupons website’s “Walmart Prime” service.
- Use ShopAtHome to find deals on items that are available only at home through ShopAtHome websites such as Sears and Lowe’s. For example, Sears offers a 20% discount on all orders over $25 when you use ShopAtHome’s “Sears Prime” service.

Walmart is currently offering the base model iPad for $30 off the suggested retail price of $329, bringing the price down to just $299. That particular model comes with 64GB of storage and Wi-Fi.
The biggest thing that makes the new iPad exciting is the inclusion of several features that were limited to the iPad Pro previously. For example, it comes with Center Stage, which follows you around while you’re using the front-facing camera to make video calls.
The new iPad comes with some accessory options that make it more useful including Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard support.
Unfortunately, if you order from Walmart, you won’t receive your tablet by the September 24, 2021 release date. Instead, Walmart estimates it’ll arrive around September 29th. Obviously, whether saving $30 is worth waiting a few more days is your decision, but it definitely seems worthwhile.
